Refunds

Before your final logo: if you have not created a final logo yet, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Technical failure: if the studio fails to deliver your files and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund.
Failed generations are never counted against your drafts.
Once a final logo has been created, the kit is considered delivered and is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
To request a refund, reply to your Gumroad receipt or email us with your purchase email.
